Hatha Yoga/ Community Class - All levels. Encourages deeper awareness and connection of body, mind and spirit through the practice of asana and pranayama. Focuses on alignment, building flexibility and use of breath. Community classes run with developing themes and sequences of postures.
Vinyasa Flow - All levels. A moving meditation that links physical postures together, building heat and strength.
Satyananda Yoga - All levels. An integral style of yoga, with a holistic vision of wellbeing. Classes include asana, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
Ashtanga - All levels. Focused and calming sequence of flowing postures where movement of body and breath are connected, enabling the body to tone and remain fit and healthy.
Restorative and Relaxation - All levels. Postures are entirely supported by the use of props enabling you to become passive and totally relaxed. By staying with these postures for several minutes the body is nourished and well rested.
Oki Yoga - All levels. A unique synthesis of Indian Yoga, Oriental Medicine & Japanese Zen. Classes aim to stimulate, calm and balance the body's energy, facilitating self-healing and regulation of the mind, body, and nervous system.
Parents & Baby Yoga -
A nourishing and fun activity for you and your baby, integrating the principles of yoga: movement, breath and awareness.
Take precious time just for yourself and your baby
Feel into your ever changing body and reconnect with your center
Strengthen your shoulder, back and pelvic floor muscles
Learn to breathe deeply and to stay calm in challenging situations
Enjoy social time with other parents and share stories and experiences
